GTR no boost and engine noise

Well the engine has had new shells put in the bottom end but after all the hard work getting it back together, it ran but make a funny noise, after a quick drive i noticed that there was now power, this resulted from no boost.

I've come to the conclusion that the lose of oil pressure has worn out the turbos and are pulling them off to inspect.
